ABOUT US
Upon
the death of Mario Savio in November, 1996, admirers, colleagues and
family established the Mario Savio Memorial Lecture series and,
subsequently, the Mario Savio Young Activist Award. The fund operates
under the fiscal sponsorship of the Tides Foundation.
